All social media interactions should be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Avoid using profanity, making derogatory comments, or engaging in any behavior that could be considered offensive or unprofessional.

2. Respect privacy

Do not share any confidential or proprietary information about the agency, clients, or partners on social media. Respect the privacy of others and do not share any personal information without their consent.

3. Be mindful of tone

Be mindful of the tone and language used in social media posts. Avoid using language that could be considered offensive or insensitive, and be respectful of different viewpoints and opinions.

4. Follow the law

Follow all applicable laws and regulations related to social media, including copyright and trademark laws, privacy laws, and advertising regulations.

5. Engage constructively

Engage with AMP Talent Group and other followers in a positive and constructive manner. Avoid engaging in any behavior that could be considered trolling, spamming, or harassment.

6. Do not impersonate

Do not impersonate AMP Talent Group or any of our clients or partners on social media. Do not use the AMP Talent Group logo or other branding materials without permission.

7. Monitor and report

Monitor social media channels for any inappropriate or offensive content, and report any violations of the social media policy to the appropriate person or department.

8. Ownership of content

All photos posted on our social media pages are owned by AMP Talent Group and our talent and clients. Logos of studio, production and brand clients are owned by these clients and companies. The written content posted on our social media pages is owned by AMP Talent Group. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. If you have any questions about the ownership of content posted on our social media pages, please contact our Social Media Manager for clarification.

9. Content guidelines

AMP Talent Group values transparency and authenticity in all social media content. When posting on social media, please ensure that all content is following compliance with legal and ethical standards, and that you have permission to post content about auditions, video and photography before posting and not to post confidential content about a casting as per the casting breakdown. Please avoid using language that could be considered offensive or insensitive, and do not share false or misleading information. If you are unsure whether a particular piece of content is appropriate to post, please consult with our social media manager, Emily Robins, before posting.

10. Monitoring and enforcement

AMP Talent Group will monitor social media content on a regular basis to ensure compliance with our social media policy. If any violations are identified, we will address them promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content, issuing a warning, or taking disciplinary action against the talent or employee responsible. We take social media compliance seriously and expect all talent and employees to adhere to our policy.

11. Updates and revisions

Our social media policy will be reviewed and updated on an annual basis, or as needed to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders via email or other appropriate channels.

12. Disclaimer

AMP Talent Group is not responsible for the content posted by followers or third parties on social media, and any opinions or views expressed by followers or third parties do not necessarily reflect the views of the agency. We encourage all followers and stakeholders to engage with our social media content in a respectful and professional manner, and we reserve the right to remove any content that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

13. Breach

Anyone breaching our social media policy guidelines will be blocked from our accounts. We reserve the right to block any user who violates our policy, and we will not tolerate any behavior that is disrespectful, offensive, or unprofessional. By following these social media policy guidelines, you agree to engage with our agency and other followers in a positive and constructive manner.
