Chase Markoff is a New York City–born actor and graduate of the NYU Tisch School of the Arts Drama program. Since beginning his professional career, he has built a diverse body of work across film and television, earning recognition for his grounded, heartfelt performances.

His screen credits include Law & Order, where he portrayed Scratch, and the upcoming feature film People Not Places, directed by Brad Furman and starring Shirley MacLaine and Stephen Dorff. Chase will next star as Oliver in the independent feature Area 51 Love Raid, a coming-of-age sci-fi romantic comedy currently in development.

In addition to acting, Chase is the founder of Weird Films, where he develops original feature films and collaborates with fellow filmmakers to bring character-driven stories to the screen. His award-winning short film Bird Poop, which he wrote, produced, directed, and starred in, received Best Short Comedy at the Block Island Film Festival, while his romantic short Candied Lips was awarded Best Romance at the Swedish International Film Festival.
